With 25 years in business, Pilgrim jewellery has found a niche in the world of fashion on its own. Pilgrim takes pride in coming up with product designs often with a distinctive touch. The difference comes from daring and unexpected concepts only Pilgrim jewellery can deliver – like using unconventional materials and colors in a fresh and revolutionary mishmash.

Since its founding in 1983, Pilgrim jewellery and its other fashion items have designed by only two people – the husband and wife team of Thomas and Annemette. They believe that part of the charm every Pilgrim product carries is due to the heart that goes into each one of their designs.

The couple believes that despite the enormous growth of Pilgrim from their very humble beginnings, they still see themselves as one big happy family. Their designs
are made in Denmark, but their Pilgrim jewellery products are hand crafted in China. For Thomas and Annemette, it is important to have a heart and take good care of the people who come daily and work for them. Even though the company’s enormity is a far cry from what they started with, their working relationship with their employees remains the same. And it shows on each Pilgrim jewellery you purchase.

Since 2003 too, Pilgrim has also been working with MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières – Doctors Without Borders). MSF is an independent international medical support that provides emergency aid to people affected by wars, epidemics and other disasters in more than 70 countries. It was founded in Paris in 1971 by a small group of volunteer doctors and journalists. Two Pilgrim jewellery designs come out each year and sold for the benefit of the MSF organization.
